Junction creative director Greg Clarke said he was excited to unveil the program with all who attended the launch.
"We can't wait to share the 2019 festival program with everyone, and what better way to do that, than with a big party," he said.
"Everyone had such a great time at last year's sold-out Launch Party we just had to do it again this year.
"Have a drink, cut loose and see what we have planned for this year's exciting festival."
Last year's Junction lineup included a plethora of popular activities, including a swinging 70s party in Prince's Square, an interactive Princess Theatre backstage performance and a tweed-themed cycling parade.
Junction will be running between September 4-8 from its Festival Hub in Prince's Square.
