The Tamar Valley Singers and Launceston Male Choir will also add their voices to the cause.
The concert will be held at the Salvation Army's Elizabeth Street branch from 2pm on June 22 with a gold coin donation.
Donations for the Winter Relief Appeal can be made in multiple ways:
- In person at The Examiner's Cimitiere Street office or participating businesses.

Soak up the last of this winter classic.
There's still plenty of last minute events for Dark Mofo fans to enjoy in its final weekend.
This includes Night Mass which boasts a talented lineup including BADISTA, Empress Of, Teto Preto, Cashu and Junglepussy.
The festivities start at 10pm on the corner of Murray and Liverpool Street on Friday and Saturday June 21 and 22.
Both nights are sadly sold out, but there is a chance for people to snag a ticket at the door for $95.
In terms of free events at the festival, look no further than Dark Path.
The 4 kilometre installment features a number of groovy exhibits and runs from the Regatta Grounds towards the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Winter Solstice in the Mall
Celebrating the shortest day in the CBD.
On Saturday night a lantern parade will be held in the Brisbane Street Mall to celebrate the winter solstice.
Buildings in the mall will be lit red to mark the event and there'll be live music and dancing as well as late-night trading among plenty of things to keep attendees warm.
Celebrations will kick-off at 5.30pm.
Subaru Rally Tasmania
High-octane excitement in and around the North.
Rally car racers will be zooming around the North this weekend for the Subaru Rally Tasmania.
As well as a special appearance at Inveresk on Friday night, cars will be competing across the state providing plenty of chances for spectators to enjoy the action.
Highlights include drives around the Sideling Range and Pipers Brook over Saturday and Sunday.
