A Whisky Solstice is being held at the estate to help raise funds for the RSPCA.
The evening will be headlined by Hanger 17 Launceston Distillery's latest limited release, RSPCA Tasmanian Whisky.
Distillery co-owner Chris Condon said the whisky was first barreled in late 2016 using a smaller cask so it could enter its prime early.
"In smaller cask, it only takes two and a half or three years, if you leave it longer than that it goes way past its best," Mr Condon said.
"If you put it in a large cask it's 10-12 years, this is how we get a mature product relatively quickly."
There were 48 bottles of the RSPCA Whisky released, half have already sold.
Mr Condon said that most of those sold were purchased by interstate visitors.
With the popularity of Tasmanian Whisky on the rise, Mr Condon said it was great to be able to put their success to a good cause.
"From our point of view it's a charity we identify with, there's five business partners and most of us have got pets," Mr Condon said.
Fundraiser coordinator Clare Jokuszies said the RSPCA appreciated the time taken for this charitable initiative to come to fruition.
"It's a lot of work that went into that [RSPCA Whisky] on Chris' behalf and just actually being able to help us is really great," Ms Jokuszies said.
The Whisky Solstice evening will be held on Saturday, June 22 between 4pm and 7pm at Marjorie's at Woolmers.
Ticket sales will close on Wednesday, June 19. Reservations can be made by contacting 0438 892 691.
