On Wednesday, the SuperSprint Transporter Parade will make its way through Launceston ahead of the upcoming Tasmania SuperSprint.
As always, fans are expected to line the streets to cheer on their favorite teams as they drive through the city.
The transporters will make their way through Launceston from 3pm.
- 3PM: Departing Symmons Plains Raceway
- 3.10PM: Passing through Perth
- 3.25PM: Arriving in Launceston, travelling North along the East Tamar Highway
- 3.55PM: Loops around at George Town Road for trip back to Symmons Plains
- 4.15PM: Departs Launceston via Wellington Street onto the Midland Highway
Tasmania Police posted to Facebook to warn commuters there may be increased waiting times at intersections involved in the parade, and are advised to take alternate routes or take their time to enjoy.
