On Monday Tasmania Fire Service crews attended a fire at the former United Service Station at George Town.
The fire caused about $60,000 worth of damage.
A Tasmania Police spokeswoman said investigations were continuing.
It was the second deliberately lit fire within two days after a Mayfield house received extensive damage in a fire on Saturday night.

A Tasmania Police spokeswoman said that despite a number of avenues of inquiry, no formal charges have yet been laid.
Detectives from Launceston CIB are continuing to investigate the fire.
