Tasmania Police confirmed the 18-year-old man from NSW was located deceased in the water in the area of Blackmans Bay blowhole on Thursday night.
Police say he had an interest in parkour and it is not known whether he may have been trying to jump the five metres across the blowhole or whether he may simply have slipped and fallen.
