The influential British band will open at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on November 9 before shows at the Sydney Entertainment Centre (November 12-13) and at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne (November 16-17). Radiohead will also make its first New Zealand visit in 14 years with a concert in Auckland on November 6.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow, with Australian tour promoter Michael Chugg ruling out any extra dates.
Radiohead last toured in Australia in 2004, when the band had to cancel one of their Melbourne shows after singer Thom Yorke lost his voice. It was hotly tipped to headline this year's Splendour In The Grass until organisers publicly ruled it out.
Formed in Oxford in 1985, Radiohead are considered one of the most innovative bands of the past 20 years. The band's third record, OK Computer, is often listed among the best albums of all time, while the virtuosic five- piece are revered for their live shows.
Following mixed opinions over experimental albums Amnesiac, Kid A and Hail To The Thief, Radiohead hit a return to form with 2007's In Rainbows, which it offered to fans as a "pay what you want" download.
The band's eighth studio album, The King Of Limbs, debuted at number two on its release last year.
Radiohead is on tour in the US and Europe and will headline the prestigious Coachella festival in California next month.
Radiohead will play the following shows:
November 6: Vector Arena, Auckland.
November 9: Entertainment Centre, Brisbane.
November 12-13: Entertainment Centre, Sydney.
November 16-17: Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne.
