Kmart Australia is recalling 30L Kambrook Microwave ovens purchased between 2008 and September 2013 due to safety concerns.

It is possible a component failure could occur, which could result in a fire.
Anyone in possession of the microwave should cease using it immediately and unplug it from the socket outlet.
Consumers should return the microwave to a Kmart store for a full refund, the company said in a Facebook post on Monday.
A receipt or the original packaging is not required to receive a refund.
The model number of the microwaves being recalled is KMO400. This can be found on the rating label at the back of the appliance.
The production date code, 833 to 1321, is on or near the rating label as depicted in the diagram below.
If there is no code, refer to the first four digits of the serial number.
The fault is batch related.
