Neill-Fraser was sentenced to 26 years in prison after she was found guilty for the murder of her de-facto partner, Bob Chappell, who was last seen on board a yacht on Australia Day, 2009.
She appeared before Justice Shan Tennent in the Supreme Court in Hobart on Monday and a directions hearing has been scheduled for November 21.
