Sarah Jane Tombleson, 28, pleaded guilty in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Wednesday to two common assaults, trespass, having destroyed property and two breaches of a police family violence order.
Police prosecutor Natalie Clark told the court Tombleson saw her ex-husband in a Longford hotel on May 23 about 6.30pm and tried to talk to him, then pushed him and left.
Mrs Clark said the man followed Tombleson outside and yelled, then Tombleson punched him to the face and he restrained her on the ground.
The prosecutor said bystanders arrived, the man released Tombleson and then she kicked and punched him again.
The man suffered swelling to his left eye, a cut to his earlobe and swelling to his lip.
Among other offending, Mrs Clark said Tombleson arrived at a woman's house on August 26 about 5.30pm and there were children at home.
She said Tombleson was offended by the woman's comments and became aggressive. The prosecutor said Tombleson punched her hand through the glass panel in the front door, let herself inside and punched the woman to the face and head numerous times.
The woman suffered bruising to her face and head.
Defence counsel Fran McCracken, in her plea in mitigation, said the female victim was an ex-partner of someone Tombleson had just begun a relationship with and the woman had made inflammatory remarks about her.
Magistrate Michael Brett adjourned sentencing to December 17 at 2.15pm.
