The game was originally set down for a round 18 match but in the aftermath of Fingal's demise the two clubs find themselves facing off this weekend under a revised roster.
Both teams are expected to feature heavily at the pointy end of the season and both scored impressive opening-round victories last weekend.
St Pats will unveil several new players to their home crowd including exciting youngsters Brendan Taylor and Luke Wheldon, from North Launceston, along with the veteran ruckman Ted Davis, from Fingal.
Old Scotch will feature recruits Jason Zadow and Jock Darke.
In another highlight, St Pats president Ian McCallum said that spectators and players alike would be able to view the much-maligned St Pats oval in a new light.
He said that extensive works have been carried out including irrigation, drainage and the introduction of new grass to an oval, affectionately known as "the beach".
The reserves match kicks off at 4.30pm following the unfurling of St Pats' 2014 reserves premiership flag with the senior game starting at 6.30pm.
