Launceston Motocross and Scramble Club president John Philp said at least 21 women were expected on the grid.
"This will be a first for Tasmania and hopefully set the bar high for other states to follow," Philp said.
"Morgan Wright leads the series after last month's Oatlands round, on 75 points, from Shannan Logan on 62 and Sarah Knee on 56 points.
"But at the Bridport meeting we also have Sophie Coldicutt, who was riding enduros in Victoria during round 1 and is ready to race as well - this will throw a spanner in the works because she will be in the top three too.
"All of which means it's going to be very interesting day with the three races to decide the day's winner.
"Any one of seven women could fill the top three spots and, as well as those already mentioned, could include Jenna Lupo and Emily McCarthy, from the North, and Kylie Hansson, from the South."
Philp said the women's series was one of 14 classes in which about 70 riders from around the state were expected to compete.
"The series is being held in conjunction with the club's big club day, which will include riders from juniors all the way up to the pro opens," he said.
The canteen will be open and any inquiries should be directed to Mr Philp on 0407520822.
