Set for the Door of Hope at 6.30pm, the two-hour meeting has been scheduled by AFL Tasmania to help build a clear, common vision for the state's future as well as iron out structural issues with leagues and age groups.
AFL Tasmania's Northern regional manager Aaron Roberts said the governing body is looking for passionate and noisy people.
"We want those people who know a bit about footy that are really passionate, they don't necessarily have to be currently involved because we know that some of the answers for football in Tassie are going to come from the furthest extremities," he said.
"We want anyone who has an interest in football, those that are currently involved and those that have been involved in the past because everybody's got a really important opinion."
Describing the project as different to others in the past two decades, Roberts said AFL Tasmania has been having one-on-one conversations with clubs and competitions as well as organising these meetings.
Hobart's Monday night meeting saw around 40 people attend from all footballing backgrounds including past and current players and junior and senior clubs.
A North-West meeting will be held at Penguin on Wednesday, with Launceston's expected to see at least 30 people in attendance.
"We've got some really interesting survey findings that will be shared on Friday from the initial survey with 1000 respondents, which is a decent sample size for footy, so that in itself will probably be good to hear for people that are passionate about footy in club land," he said.
"There will be further follow-up forums coming up after some initial findings come out, but if you want to have your say, this is your chance.
"There's obviously opportunities for people to have a written submission as well and if people feel that's a more comfortable position for them, there's an email address they can [use] to send that."
AFL Tasmania has been heading the process alongside independent consultant ColganBauer and started with the release of the survey in July which covered a key range of topics regarding the sport in Tasmania.
A further online town hall meeting will be held on Monday, August 16 with access through AFL Tasmania's website, while written submissions can be sent to tasproject@afl.com.au.
