Brodie Donohue, who plays his 200th club game for the Kangaroos on Saturday, names finals footy as his career highlight so far, trumping his milestone games.
"It's good on a personal note, but it's obviously a team sport so I'd much rather go further into the year and end up winning that flag as I didn't play last year," he said.
"I still tried to be around the club as much as I could, coming down to watch and ended up having a few too many beers after they did win.
"It's always a good vibe and I love being around the place and around the boys."
Growing up around the club, the 27-year-old followed in his father's footsteps when he kicked off his Kangaroos career at 14.
In a unique twist, Saturday's match will also see Josh "Guru" Cameron celebrate his 150th senior game, with the pair already celebrating their 100th senior games together.
"He's a good mate Guru and a really good clubman, so to be able to run out alongside him again on Saturday will be a great achievement and a good feeling."
