Mr Scott said just because someone did not like scallops did not mean they shouldn't attend.
With 16 food stalls, four beverage stalls and coffee vans, there will be something for everyone.
This year's event will be bigger than last year's due to the ease in COVID-19 restrictions.
The event will be held on August 1 at the Village Green, Bridport.
