Additional material disclosed over alleged murder case
A West Australian woman accused of the murder of her 71-year-old mother will seek a further preliminary hearing after her counsel received more information from police.
Natalie Maher, 46, has pleaded not guilty to the alleged murder of her mother Veronica Corstorphine in South Launceston between October 3-5, 2019.
Defence counsel Evan Hughes said the additional material was disclosed in late 2020 and a new proceedings application would be filed in relation to the new material.
