The NTCA complex will host every game as the five teams play four matches each ahead of the decider on Thursday.
Launceston have won the past two titles while Riverside has a 2-3 record after qualifying for the past five T20 finals.
LAUNCESTON
Last season: Winner (3-1, won final)
2019-20 star: Alistair Taylor - 4 matches, 160 runs at 160.
One to watch: Dilan Sandagirigoda. The explosive all-rounder was known for clearing the fence during his time with Longford and took 4-17 with the ball against Ulverstone earlier this season.
James Curran says: "The past two years we've given it a really good crack and it's always good to mix the teams up a bit, give some younger guys a go and people that are willing to take the game on - I think that's why we've been successful.
"We've had some pretty good results but it's just the first half of the season so we're looking at continuing that momentum on after the Christmas break."

RIVERSIDE
Last season: Runner-up (4-0, lost final)
2019-20 star: Tom Garwood - 5 matches, 173 runs at 43.25, six wickets at 16.83
One to watch: Jack Colgrave. The 18-year-old whacked 18 runs off an over in the last game before Christmas in second grade and looks set to make the jump up this weekend.
Lyndon Stubbs says: "It's a hectic schedule - four games in two days - so it's about choosing when and where people have a rest but also getting some younger guys some experience.
We have a good record in making that final and winning it a couple of times as well - we had a super over out here one of the finals a couple of years ago which was good fun.
We'll have some kids coming in and playing their first game at this level so that's exciting for the club.
Cooper [Anthes] and James [Simpson] will come in for Sunday after missing most of the first half of the year with Raiders commitments so it'll be good to get them back in navy blue and see how much they've progressed."
SOUTH LAUNCESTON
Last season: Third (1-3)
2019-20 star: Sean Harris - 4 games, 94 runs at 47.
One to watch: Sisitha Jayasinghe. An aggressive opening batsman in the same vein as Sandagirigoda who can also provide an option with the ball.
Sam McLean says: "I think we'll go really well - I think we're going to have a good batting line-up.
We've got a lot of big hitters at the club this year, we've picked up a couple of players that are really good and obviously Nathan Philip's been awesome again.
Hopefully we can get a few wins but we'll just go into it and see what we can do."
MOWBRAY
Last season: Fourth (1-3)
2019-20 star: Ben Spinks - 4 games, 5 wickets at 11.80, economy rate 4.72
One to watch: James Storay. The Eagles coach leads Cricket North for wickets this year and can find the boundary when in form.
Sam Freeman says: "It should be a good contest to see how our guys go, we are quite a young team and still trying to learn the ropes with A-grade cricket.
Some of us have been in and out of the second-grade team for quite a while, so we've had a lot of people getting an opportunity in A-grade cricket and it's good to see so many young faces in our team.
Hopefully we do pretty well on the weekend - we're just going to try and do our best, play to our strengths and try and get a win on the board."

WESTBURY
Last season: Fifth (1-3)
2019-20 star: Alex Kerrison - 4 matches, 5 wickets at 11.80, economy rate 4.54
One to watch: Jono Chapman. The Shamrocks vice-captain has been employed as a pinch hitter in previous T20 cups and will join Oli Wood as elite inclusions on Sunday.
Chathura Athukorala says: "I'm pretty excited - hopefully we'll have a really good side for Sunday and we're really excited to play together.
It's probably the first time we'll play our top XI and Saturday I think we have a good team.
I'm not sure about the last few years because I haven't played here - I think they haven't concentrated as much on T20 - but I think the set-up this year is everyone wants to play T20 so I think we have a good team and we'll have a good crack this year."
