The Durhams posted a hefty 3-162, led by Aaron Dusautoy (79 runs off 49 balls) who hit three fours and an impressive eight sixes.
Fellow Legana batsman Adam Bourke would also hit 36 off 32 not out.
But a dominant partnership from Tigers' Jake Williams (69 runs from 47) and Richard Howe (44 off 34) would quickly end the Durhams' hopes for a victory.
George Town would find little traction in their match against Evandale.
The Panthers batted first and hit a hefty 6-173.
Runs were fairly evenly spread throughout the side, but Evandale's Karan Singh (50 off 35) would hit half a century with three sixes to boot.
Elsewhere in sport:
The Saints' batting was far less consistent, with opening batter Lachie Mason (29 off 11) topping the team.
The Panthers would win by 45 runs.
A low-scoring affair at Bracknell saw the home team unable to chase undefeated Trevallyn.
The visitors would be all-out for 112 - a total largely owed to the opening partnership of Thomas Garwood (20 runs off 19) and Daniel Forster (33 runs off 30).
A bowling massacre from Trevallyn's Daniel Kirk (4-7 in 2.5 overs) would quell any hint of a Bracknell upset.
They would be all out for 107, losing barely by five runs. It was slim pickings for Perth in accruing runs against Hadspen.
The Chieftains limited the Demons to 85 runs all-out - batter Dilan Sandagirigoda (25 off 17 balls) would hit a couple of sixes.
Hadspen only needed batting machine Dane Anderson (28 off 16 balls) to smash three sixes to get them off to a good start, with the rest of the squad cruising to the total.
The Chieftains would win by four wickets.
