Beau Sharman's side has signed Sherrin Egger and Allan O'Sign for next season, and while both are at the opposite ends of the experience scale, they are equally as important.
O'Sign is one of the veterans of Northern football, having played 300-plus senior games [227 with North Launceston and the rest with George Town in the NTFA where he had been coaching since 2016], in a career that has also included Devils representation and two TSL premierships as one of the pioneers of North's golden State League period.
Egger returns to the North-West having previously been at Devonport before winning two premierships in a three-year stint at UTAS Stadium.

They are inclusions that have brought a smile to Sharman's face, with O'Sign to also act as his senior assistant.
"With his coaching experience at George Town, he did a lot of development there and we have got some players coming through that I do think really he will be able to help on and off the field,'' said Sharman, who lived with O'Sign when he was in Launceston for university.
"He will also work closely with me about how we want to make it look and it is always nice having that hands-on person as well, as he will be out on the track most nights and having that close contact when things are either going well or not well."

Egger and Sharman were teammates at the Magpies and shared a car to Launceston for North Launceston duties.
The 20-year-old played mainly as a small forward with North but began developing his midfield craft under Josh Ponting this season.
"I am just rapt to have him board, as he is just a gun player,'' Sharman said.
"They will both bring a different level of intensity as they will be ferocious with the ball and ferocious with the player that has the ball as they very rarely let anything through and will let them know they are about.
"I think they will sit very comfortably with any of the better ball-getters in the league."
Sharman said both players would likely be utilised as a mid-forwards.
