The Launceston BMX Club's twilight series wrapped up with some fantastic fast-paced racing.
With more than 110 riders competing in the series from all over the state, the high level of fun and sportsmanship displayed is a testament to the quality of the event and everyone involved in the sport.
With junior participation from mini-wheelers and sprockets to various age groups, the quest was on for overall supremacy or just a moto win on the night.

AIR TIME: Bryce Lane, Campbell Witney, Cohan Smith and Ryan Cornelson in hot competition.
The development and effort improvement by riders new to the sport has been noticeable. Organisers also said the high level of girls participating in this series and at club level training nights was also rewarding.
The next event is on Saturday afternoon with completion of the BMX Tasmania Auscycling State Series.
This has seen riders compete on all three BMX tracks from Hobart to Wynyard, culminating with the final at St Leonards.
Racing begins at 12.30pm. Spectators are welcome to attend with plenty of grandstand viewing available.

LOOKING UP: Shelby Steward hits the front in her race.
