Former Mountain Heights high school business manager Karen Rattenbury is charged with fifteen counts of fraud and related crimes.
Ms Creely told the court she was responsible for approving purchases made by Mountain Heights employees on Department of Education-issued credit cards.
But on one occasion in 2016, Ms Rattenbury reached over Ms Creely's shoulder and selected an 'approve all' function on her computer, Ms Creely told the court.
She said that incident happened during a routine approval of purchases made as presented on monthly credit card statements.
"Karen said I could approve all to save time... she reached over my shoulder and said 'like this' and clicked," Ms Creely said.
Ms Creely said she did not consent to Ms Rattenbury approving all the items.
Defence lawyer Greg Richardson questioned whether that ever happened.
"I'm suggesting to you that is a false proposition," Mr Richardson said.
"What did you do about it?... Did you report it to your superiors?"
Ms Creely said she did not and did not make a record of the incident in Ms Rattenbury's personnel file.
The court heard there was a level of trust between Ms Creely and Ms Rattenbury during the time they worked together at the school.
"Karen was in a trusted leadership position as the school business manager... I checked the statements trusting that they were accurate."
The hearing was adjourned to December 7.
