Multi-premiership quartet Zach Burt, Tom Bennett, Mark Walsh and Corey Nankervis all return after stints in the NTFA, while 20-year-old development league premiership captain Matthew Cossins will play his first senior game since 2018.
Teen forward Lachie Cocker and Tassie Devil Ollie Sanders have both been named on the bench after playing five senior games apiece last year.
"[Ollie's] had a really good pre-season," North Launceston coach Taylor Whitford said.
"He played a couple of games last year for us and we knew his talent, but I think he's take a massive step forward in the last few months."

Departed stars Sam Darley and Colin Garland are noticeable absentees from Richard Robinson's line-up, but Whitford believes the Demons will be more competitive than ever.
VFL pair Jack Sandric and Baxter Norton have both been named, as has former Clarence star Troy Cunliffe.
"Their midfield looks pretty strong from that and they get their Devils all the time as well and they've got some really good young kids, so they're probably going to be more of an even list than last year," Whitford said.
"We're expecting them to be pretty good, we think they'll move the ball really quick and take the game on.
"We don't really know what they're going to give which is tough, but we'll focus on us and what we need to do well to win games of footy."
Tickets are sold out for the 2.30pm UTAS Stadium clash.
