The tournament gets underway at Ulverstone Golf Club from February 27.
Golf Australia-Tasmania's operation manager Stuart Eaton said Bailey can expect to face some stiff competition from her Tasmanian team-mates including Sarah Johnstone, who is playing on her home course, Mackenzie Wilson (Tasmania), Hallie Meaburn (Royal Hobart) and Alexandria Hansen (Riverside).
"However, all the Tasmanian women will face the interstate contingent, which includes Kathryn Norris from the Mandurah Country Club in Western Australia, who was runner-up last year," Eaton said.

Queensland's Caitlyn Campbell-Nyman, who won the recent Tasmanian Amateur Championship, has returned to the state, as has Victorian Alexandra Hilliard, who first came to prominence when she won the Tasmanian Junior Masters in 2014.
Tasmania will also have a strong contingent in the men's tournament, with Wynyard's Brayden Field boasting the lowest handicap at +2.8.
"Cameron Allen, playing off +0.7 on his home course, Mark Schulze (Tasmania), Greg Longmore and Mitch Van Noord, both from Launceston Golf Club, will also press hard," Eaton said.
"However, the favourite for the men's championship will be the defending title-holder Aiden Didone (Metropolitan GC), who has a handicap of +3.9 and won overseas in the past 12 months, at the Porter Cup in Niagara Falls, New York."
