Facing off at Windsor Park on Saturday, the two sides are fighting for a grand final spot against South Launceston with the Lions holding a one-point advantage over their rivals.
The Lions also won the first clash between the two this season, picking up a 75-run victory in round three before the Blues returned the favour by five wickets in the round six match-up.
Riverside were also able to cause one of the competition's biggest upsets in round two, defeating four-time reigning premiers South Launceston with Kate Sherriff, who alongside Maddison Hill is pivotal to their run-scoring prowess, scoring 67.

Launceston have done as required, picking up wins against Saturday's opponents and Mowbray throughout the year but come into the clash off the back of a crushing 126-run defeat at the hands of South Launceston despite Stacey Norton-Smith's recent form.
In the round's other contest, South Launceston and Mowbray face off at Youngtown.
The Knights have an unblemished record over the Eagles this season, with a forfeit and 78-run victory telling the story so far.
Georgia Brain and Dana Lester have held the key with the bat while young gun Phoebe Atkins has been Mowbray's top bowling performer.
