A paltry 6184 spectators turned out to witness South Launceston favourite George Bailey on Sunday farewell his home crowd in a 10-run loss.
The poorest numbers to UTAS Stadium in five Hobart Hurricanes' games were both this summer, including just 8753 in a rain-affected affair with the Melbourne Strikers.

It was in stark contrast to the first three matches in Launceston that did average 14,342 following the historic first game on December 30, 2017 that attracted 16,734.
Cricket Tasmania boss Dominic Baker had warned he would visit to make a call.
"Having been here for five minutes and not gone through a season, certainly the team and I will look at how that unfolds," he said.
