Fifteen teams representing clubs ranging from Deloraine, Longford and George Town took to the venerable clay courts in Fulton Street but honours were travelling only as far as the Riverside Tennis Club with the Holdens running on all cylinders.
Legana stalwart Tony Phillips and rising Riverside junior Arwen Koesmapahlawan combined experience with up-and-coming talent to win a tough semi-final 6-4 against Ali Lapham and Chris Cornes.

Earlier the Holdens overcame Di Hall and Craig Boyce 6-2 in their semi-final to earn their chance at prizes.
Phillips and Koesmapahlawan picked up one game in the final before the Holdens completed their tournament success 6-1.
Open to players from all over the state, Sunday marked the annual tournament's 10th installment.
