A South Launceston man accused of forging documents to falsely support a financial status he needed to secure a loan through Toyota Australia Limited for more than $59,000 has been granted bail.

Kane Scott Dallow, formerly Kane Scott Hicks, appeared before Magistrate Sharon Cure on two counts of fraud a creditor, one count of attempt fraud on a creditor, three counts of forgery and three counts of uttering.
Mr Dallow also allegedly attempted to defraud MyState Bank by using forged documents about his financial status when applying for a $10,000 loan.

The 31-year-old is also accused of defrauding CommitCo - Money 3 - by falsely obtaining a $3590 loan through in Hobart by using documents he knew to be fake in the application.
The documents Mr Dallow allegedly falsified included National Australia Bank payment receipts, an Equifax Credit Report and a National Australia Bank statement.
Mr Dallow did not enter pleas to any of the nine charges when he appeared on Thursday afternoon.
He was bailed to reappear in the Launceston Magistrates Court on August 28.
