A judging panel from around Australia and the world praised the diversity of Terrace Restaurant's list.
"The list does great justice to the great array of fine wine emerging from Tasmania, with halcyon producers set alongside those that have brought fame to the Apple Isle," judges said.
"It's great to see such focus on the local wine scene, with by the glass, a neat little staff pick section, back vintage wines and emerging winemakers all celebrated and listed extensively."
Country Club general manager Ross Hannah and food & beverage manager Robyn McInerney accepted the awards.
"The Tasmanian wine industry produces world-class wines of exceptional quality, making our job a lot easier," Mrs McInerney said.
"But in order to create a wine list of winning standard, you need a committed team, great suppliers, and a talented sommelier."
Stillwater Restaurant took out the Best Listing of a Region's Wines and Stillwater was a finalist in the Best Sparkling Wine List.
Winning the state and territory categories for the past three years gave sommelier and co-owner James Welsh confidence in knowing his list was heading in the right direction.
"To win the overall national award has made me feel as though my obsession and constant pursuit of presenting fine wines in front of our customers is recognised on a national stage, and for those to predominantly be Tasmanian wines is even better!" Mr Welsh said.
In addition, Stillwater was the only restaurant in the country to be added to the Hall of Fame this year, which can only be achieved if a venue wins Best Wine List for their state or territory for three years and then maintain a three glass status for the fourth.
Stillwater joins around 20 other restaurants in this highly regarded category.
Black Cow was also a finalist for Best Wine List in Tasmania, Best Small Wine List of 100 Wines or Less and Best Listing of Tasmanian Wine.
