The tournament's third seed dropped only one set en route to winning the $25,000 hard court tournament, rolling China's Fajing Sun 7-6(7) 6-1 in the final.
Bourchier also came close in the doubles, reaching the semi-final alongside New Zealand's Rhett Purcell before being bundled out in a super tiebreaker.
"Hengyang China 25k title. This one felt good," Bourchier said on Twitter.
"Now time to rest for two weeks."
