The Launceston 19-year-old is hoping on Saturday night it will become a reality against Ethan Boswood.
Two split-decision losses has ensured the Muay Thai fighter to curse his bad luck.
The debut fight had pitted a 16-year-old Fulham against a hardened 33-year-old rival.
"I ended up sticking it to him, so it was not all too bad," Fulham said.
It's another battle Fulham has known only too well.
He first started Muay Thai training in his father Danny's footsteps for just self-defence from the age of 10 after being bullied at primary school.
It gave him the courage to face up to any challenge.
After competing at 75kgs, then next at 72kgs, Fulham enters Legion 9 at 68kgs.
One day out from a third bout, he was busy cutting weight down a further 2kgs.
"I felt like it was all too heavy for my body type, so I decided to fight lighter," he said.
"They reckon at the gym that 68 was more my weight."
Legion 9 will be staged at Elphin Sports Centre at 7pm.
