A woman was taken to the Launceston General Hospital after colliding with a Prospect Vale house on December 24.

Tasmania Police attended the incident about 6.20pm.
The 42-year-old Prospect Vale woman’s green Mitsubishi 230 sedan caused moderate damage to the residence at Cheltenham Way, but no serious injuries were sustained.
Prior to this incident, the woman also collided with the rear of a grey Holden sedan, which was being driven by an 80-year-old Prospect Vale man. Minor damage was caused to the Holden.
The woman was taken to the Launceston General Hospital with minor injuries, and for a mandatory blood test.
Police believe alcohol and excessive speed were contributing factors.
