Children and adults alike lined the city streets to catch a glimpse of the almighty B-Doubles.
The big rigs travelled from Symmons Plains to Launceston, heading up the East Tamar Highway before looping around George Town Road and venturing back through the city streets.
Supercars event manager Rachel White said the parade had a rich history in Launceston.
“We get a lot of families coming along, and it’s a nice way for the community to welcome the Supercars,” she said.
The 2018 Tyrepower Tasmania Supersprint will be held at Symmons Plains from April 6 to 8. To purchase tickets to the event, visit the Supercars website.
