ABS data released this morning shows that the state's unemployment rate fell 0.1 per cent in October in trend terms to 6.8 per cent.
The state's participation rate was steady at 60.6 per cent.
Nationally, the country's jobless rate was staady at 5.4 per cent in seasonally adjusted terms - although the participation rate did fall 0.1 per cent to 65.1 per cent.
