I-LEAD Small Business is designed to increase leadership capacity against a backdrop of uncertain business conditions, to fast-track leadership skills and business acumen.
The program is run virtually, with one session in person, and can be entered by anyone from any area of the state - business leaders both emerging and established are encouraged to put in their applications.
Sessions will be delivered across April, May and June - with weekly sessions each Tuesday from 9am to 12.30pm.
Tasmanian Leaders chief executive Angela Driver said the 11 week program would most benefit those with management experience and "a strong drive to achieve more for themselves, their organisations and their sector."
The virtual delivery is aimed to make it better suited to working professionals and those located across the state to give the most benefit and reach.
Ange Boxall, producer of ECHO festival, participated in last year's program and said the online delivery meant she was able to participate from her base in Swansea.
"For me, the [program] highlights have been around understanding different behavioural types, decision making and efficiencies," she said.
