Cedric Harper Jordan, 68, and Noelene June Jordan, 65, have pleaded not guilty.
Chief Justice Alan Blow allowed a minor variation to their bail when it was not opposed by the Crown.

Mr Barker, 36, the former son-in law of Mr and Mrs Jordan, was found in the hallway of his Campbell Town home with fatal gunshot wounds on August 3, 2009.
Preliminary proceedings involving two witnesses will be held on March 29, 2021.
