Running out for the Tigers' A-grade side after strong stints in premier league over the years, Martin will play his 200th club game, while younger cub Arnol plays his 150th when they square off against Launceston Nepali Cricket Club.
Longford coach Josh Adams described the pair as "tremendous" assets.
"Brett's probably been out there for more than 10 years and Jessie's been there since he has come through the junior ranks and he's still there," he said.

"They've been great cricketers for the club.
"Obviously Brett is getting on a bit now but he's been a great bowler for the club for a long time.
"Jessie is still fairly young in age, I think he's only about 24, so he's still got a fair bit of cricket in front of him."
At contrasting ends of their cricketing careers, the pair have enjoyed a fair amount of success together - playing in three consecutive premier league flags from 2015-16 to 2017-18 as well as numerous of the Tigers' T20 victories.
The young red-haired opening quick enjoyed a best-on-ground performance in the first of those flags in premier league's inaugural season, claiming 3-21 as the Tigers blitzed Trevallyn for 97.
He backed it up with 4-23 the following season but played second fiddle to Adam Smith's 6-11 as the pair rolled Hadspen for just 41.
Both played back-up but vital roles as the hat-trick of flags came to fruition in 2018, while since then it's been grand final losses at the hands of Hadspen in either premier league or A reserve.
Since 2000 only one Tiger (Scott Bertram - 379) has more wickets than Martin's 344 with Arnol's 179 seeing him positioned in sixth spot.
Although not known for their batting, the pair have put up respectable numbers since the turn of the millennium with only 10 runs separating them - Arnol with 772 and Martin 762.
While the bowlers celebrate their milestones, Adams' premier league crew will be taking on newcomers Evandale Panthers.
