Coach Tim Coyle said the team was ready and eager to make the change to red-ball cricket, with two more slated for this month.
"The transition from white to red ball is always a bit challenging but it'll be something we respond to well just feeling that more time in the game now to get ourselves organised," he said.
"I think it'll suit us. People with the bat can book in some time and develop partnerships and same with the ball."
The Raiders opened impressively against New Town last week, with Jono Chapman and Evan Gulbis bowling three for 12 and three for 18 respectively.

However, rain cut the game short of a second innings.
Coyle said many in the team were eager to take to the pitch this weekend after a prolonged absence, including 2019 run leader Brodie Hayes.
Riverside's Cooper Anthes will also re-join the lineup after posting impressive bowling figures (3-29) in round one's loss to North Hobart.
"The players have played enough two-day cricket to know what it's about ... it is a game around building partnerships .. making sure we can bat and bowl through difficult periods and try to get back into the game if we have those periods where the opposition dominates," Coyle said.
"It's just about making sure you're staying in the game; it needs patience, it needs execution and at the end of the day seize your opportunities to get in front - we're looking forward to it."
The Raiders' opponent in Lindisfarne has yet to take to the pitch whatsoever this season.

Coyle admitted the start to the season had yielded little action for most clubs.
"I think everyone's a little under-done, everyone's been battling through this season," Coyle said.
"The weather situation, not a lot of game time and not a lot of time on turf or net in preparation - it's a challenge for everybody ... we're all in the same boat."
The Raiders will play Lindisfarne at Lindisfarne Oval from 10.30am for the first part of the two-day match.
