The subdivision that has been proposed to be developed within a rural resource zone - the amendment would rezone the space to a general residential zone.

Administrative adjustments were made to the amendment proposal, if approved the proposal will be submitted to the Tasmanian Planning Commission for review.
The Council will also review tenders for road repairs being conducted along Bridgenorth Road.
The section of road needing repairs spans between Long Plains and 551 Bridgenorth Road.
It has been recommended the council adopt the tender of Andrew Walter Constructions, costing the council $173,839.43.
