A factual dispute hearing will be set down for a Rocherlea woman accused of committing a home invasion at Fingal in March, a court has heard.

Tara Jayne Lewis has pleaded not guilty to aggravated armed robbery, stealing, attempted burglary and two counts of aggravated burglary.
The 29-year-old appeared in the Launceston Supreme Court via videolink on Monday.
Crown prosecutor Luke Brett told the court there were significant factual disputes which required resolution before the matter could progress.

A court date for the dispute resolution hearing will be fixed on November 18, Mr Brett said.
Ms Lewis was remanded to reappear then.
