St Lukes Health's All About Babies is aimed at providing resources and important information for parents who are preparing for a child.
The event was first developed by three Launceston women: Madeline Rose, Louise Padgett and Zoe Freshwater.
"Having a child is a huge learning curve but in this technological era we do not have the close connections to gain words of wisdom and tricks," Ms Rose said.
"From before conception to bump through to birth and beyond, we believe every Tasmanian should be aware of all the health and wellness options and services that are available to suit their specific needs."

The day will comprise of about 50 booths inside the hall, allowing future parents to gather as much information as they can about parenting.
Mrs Padgett said that she wished she had all the information to help her deal with the heartbreaking parts as well as the enjoyable times of pregnancy and early parenting.
"An opportunity to gain all the information and learn how to access help will definitely aid other mums feeling isolated whether in town or in rural areas," Mrs Padgett said.
"There is really nothing like this in north and now nothing in the state."
