Belinda Leone Colbran, the woman accused of murdering Aaron Matthew Monaco, listened as witnesses gave their account of the events during the night of November 4 and the early hours of November 5.
Tye Cerato, who lived at 49 Parua Road, Newnham, at the time of the incident, said he heard yelling and a man saying “let me in, I’m dying” about10pm on November 4.
Mr Cerato’s wife, Claire Cerato, also said she heard a man calling for help that night and when she went outside to investigate “saw a man leaning against the entry way of the house across the road… he was swaying a bit. He was definitely unsteady”.
Jurors were also shown photographs and CCTV footage.
