One of the latest was owned by Australian actor, Russell Crowe who sold his Darlinghurst, Sydney warehouse for more than $17 million.
There were at least two parties competing for the warehouse, which is now being used as a gym.
Crowe’s property portfolio sell-off marks the end of his divorce settlement with Danielle Spencer; the marriage ended in 2012.
This January Crowe also sold his block of four apartments for $3.2 million in Kingsford.
However, it’s expected he will hold onto his Woolloomooloo home, despite an offer of $25 million from luxury car importer Neville Crichton.
