Jonathon Paul Pearce, 36, is also charged with failing to report the discovery of a killing.
The charge sheet alleges that 28-year-old Ms Eaton was killed at the home in Sage Court, Bridgewater, where she was last seen on the morning of February 1.
The mother of two was last seen alive at 2.30am that day.
Her family made an urgent plea for information last week, saying holding our hope that she was alive was "getting harder and harder each day."

He did not enter a plea and was bailed to appear on May 7.
Another person is reportedly in custody in connection to the alleged murder.
Police were unable to confirm that Ms Eaton's body has been found.
