It took the Liberals just 70 minutes to go on the attack after comments from Dr Woodruff in a video interview with The Advocate were published online on March 12.
Dr Woodruff discussed potential post-election deals if the March 23 poll did not produce a majority for one of the big parties.
Labor launched its own salvo just eight minutes after the Liberals.
Liberal Resources Minister Felix Ellis said the Greens had revealed their plan to do a deal with Labor to "grab power" after the election.
"Rosalie Woodruff says the Greens will work with Labor to change Tasmania," Mr Ellis said in a media statement.
"That's a change Tasmania cannot afford.
"Ms Woodruff says 'We really want a new government.'
"That's a new government with the Greens in cabinet and calling the shots.
"A Labor-Green coalition of chaos would wreck the economy and cost thousands of jobs.
"Only a re-elected majority Liberal government will deliver the stability and certainty Tasmania needs."
Labor Leader of Opposition Business Dean Winter said Dr Woodruff had confirmed she was prepared to do a deal with the Liberals to keep them in power.
Mr Winter said she refused to rule out a deal with the Liberals despite saying they had made an "absolute mess" of Tasmania.
"With Jacqui Lambie also saying she is prepared to work with the Liberals, the only way to guarantee your vote will be used to change the government is to vote Labor," Mr Winter said.
"The Liberals have wrecked the budget, broken public services and Tasmanians face the real risk of getting a government run by Eric Abetz.
"After 10 years of Liberal government, don't let Rosalie Woodruff give them 14."
Dr Woodruff was particularly critical of the Liberals.
Asked if that meant the Greens would not be prepared to work with the Liberals to help form another government, she said she was not ruling anything out and the will of the people should be respected.
Dr Woodruff's full comments are in the video.
