Coach Mat Devlin was pleased with how his side, boasting five new players, gelled together under the co-captaincy of Matthew Rigby and Mason Keane.
"There's obviously no getting away from the fact that these guys have probably been the top side for the past decade," he said on Longford.
"They are really well led by Ada (Josh Adams) and it's always a great challenge to go up against them so we are looking forward to it."
Longford coach Adams praised his bowlers' work last week, dismissing Legana for just 59.
"Obviously Perth had a good win last week, so we are expecting a tough game," Adams said.
"They're a bit of an unknown, they have obviously lost a few players but got the job done last week so we won't be taking them lightly."
Trevallyn coach James Whiteley said their round-one clash showed glimpses of what they are capable of, but is looking for more continuity against George Town.
Whiteley regains key bowler Joey Cullen for the contest and hopes he can boost their stocks.
"We need to be positive, which you need to be in 40-over cricket, but know when to go and when to not."
Coming off the back of what he called "a complete bowling performance", George Town coach Jack Hill is looking to get the batting side of things right.
"An 80-over performance would be ideal," he said.
"Once again I'll put the onus on our top four to set a platform for our middle and lower order who can all score runs."
Spinner Joel Coad comes out of the side and is replaced with batsman Braydon Walsh.
Both Legana and ACL were left "disappointed" after last week for contrasting reasons and now the pair get to face off.
Durhams skipper Dylan Sharman admitted "there weren't too many positives" after his side got rolled by Longford, but is hoping to get back on the winners' list.
"We are definitely looking to get the win against ACL, we feel as though they are a team that we can beat, so we've got to make the most of our chances and hopefully bat out the 40 overs," he said.
Bluebacks captain Nashib Nisthar was looking to build on his side's momentum last week but ground conditions intervened.
With rain threatening to play a part again this week, Nisthar is wishing for a full game.
"Legana, on their day, can be really, really tough because last year we won one game and they won one game, so we are looking forward to giving them a good fight," he said.
Bracknell are eager to get the chance to complete their first full game of this season against Hadspen after weather has wreaked havoc.
Their round-one Longford clash rained out mid-way through the second innings while their home ground was deemed unplayable last week.
"We'll just be happy to get a game in ... obviously Hadspen are a good side but we will be looking forward to getting a game in," coach Brad Fryett said.
Jack Ross and Jeremy Tuson are unavailable for the Stags while Dylan Semmens is a definite in.
The only side in the competition to have won two matches so far, Hadspen come off a "working class" win, with coach Liam Reynolds crediting George Town's performance.
He said his side's showing left plenty of areas to improve on.
"If the weather is ok - which hopefully it is - we are just looking to build our momentum," he said.
"Obviously our batting can be improved a lot and we are hoping to continue to get better with the ball as well."
In the second match-up between the pair last year, Hadspen scored the biggest score in premier league history, 4-451, led by departed Sri Lankan Thanuka Dabare and his double century.
