The government advised that students and staff impacted by the stay-at-home order, which is enforced until August 3 at 5.59pm, should not attend school on Monday and Tuesday.
If staff cannot work from home during this time, they will be able to access COVID leave.
The Department of Education and Public Health are expected to provide an update for staff, students and families prior to Wednesday August 4.

The announcement is in line with that issued to travellers who returned to Tasmania from Victoria and South Australia under similar orders.
Previously, the state government had declared the Greater Brisbane area would be declared a level 2 high risk area in response to Queensland's snap three-day lockdown.
For 11,000 people, who had arrived from south-east Queensland to Tasmania since July 17, they were directed to stay at home.
Everyone under the stay at home order must wear a mask outside their homes and has been ordered to limit their movements.
Those impacted by the stay at home order can leave the house for shopping for essential goods and services, medical care needs, to leave Tasmania and exercise which must be conducted with five kilometres of their home.
