In a pleasant surprise for locals, a Boost Juice Mobeel has popped up at Invermay.
Touted as "a store on wheels", the Mobeel is an opportunity for Boost Juice to dip their toes in the Northern Tasmanian market.
The juice empire is an Australian success story, from small business beginnings to 580 stores across 13 countries.
Boost Juice launched in South Australia in 2000 and quickly gained popularity for its healthy range of juices and smoothies.

Boost Juice franchise development manager Ali Kurtdereli said that the Invermay pop up was its first foray into the Launceston market and hopes that it is a sign of things to come.
After the success of the two Hobart stores, Launceston, Burnie and Devonport were all on the radar for future franchise opportunities.
"With the success of the stores in the South, we thought it was probably time we started to look towards the North," Mr Kurtdereli said.
The Invermay Boost Juice Mobeel is owned by a Victorian franchisee who is considering a move across the Bass Strait, but the tender for Northern Tasmania remained open.
Whilst the Invermay pop up was an exciting launch into the Launceston market, Boost Juice was looking to find a permanent home on Brisbane Street.
"I've been told that Brisbane Street is the place to be," he said.
