With people tending to stick inside in the chilly conditions, Cityprom have launched their annual winter campaign, Winterlicious, encouraging locals to "un-hibernate" in the city.

Cityprom marketing manager Larissa Murray said this year's program highlighted the variety of events, experiences and offers available from inner city businesses.
"We are also launching a number of winter guides that will show Launcestonians how they can embrace winter," she said.
The campaign focusses on collaboration between business to showcase the city.
Cityprom executive officer Amanda McEvoy said it aimed to remind consumers to continue to support local throughout the cooler months.

"Generally, winter doesn't stop Tasmanians from getting out and about, but we want to provide them with even more reasons to venture out, discover Launceston and buy locally with great places to shop, eat and enjoy valuable services," she said.
Campaign elements, including winter guides, competitions, events and seasonal offers are set to be rolled out over coming months.
