North Hobart's Steffanie Daffara got the home team off to a hot start, but after 14 overs she was sent packing for 61 runs by Alice McLaughlan in what was a career day.
McLaughlan claimed four wickets off 22 runs in six overs; Raiders coach Darren Simmonds said the team was thoroughly pleased with the win.
"Alice's performance on Sunday certainly turned the game our way and I was really pleased for her," he said.
"She works really hard on her game and deserved to get those wickets today and played a major role for us."

Captain Caitlyn Webster (2-22) also had herself an innings.
The suffocating bowling by the Raiders left North Hobart with a targetable 10-177, and the girls in orange wasted no time in chipping away at it.
While openers Webster and Emma Manix-Geeves were bowled out early in the innings for a combine three runs, fourth Corinne Hall showed her quality.
The Hurricanes captain belted 67 runs off 91 balls.
"Having a player like Corinne on our side is valuable for us," Simmonds said.
"With her experience there with Sasch [Lowry] to put up a 50 partnership for us was really important at the time.
"Then she continued that on with Meg Radford and their partnership of 90-odd runs was very crucial.
"Our players learn lots off Corinne when she players for us."
Ava Curtis proved her worth on both sides of the crease.
The 14-year-old bowled one for 27 in seven overs, which was followed by a clutch 15 runs to see the Raiders to their second win in a row. The win also came without veterans Belinda Vakarewa and Sasha Moloney due to the WNCL.
"The win shows we have depth in our squad which is important," Simmonds said.
