Chasing 126, the Lions entered the final over at 5-121 and took five off Manix-Geeves' first four balls to tie the scores.
But a dot ball and a last-ball stumping from Maxine Woods ensured the points would be shared.
Earlier, Manix-Geeves had top-scored for the Blues with 39 off 35 before hitting a return catch to Mary Broadhurst (3-15 off four).
